About the Journal
The Open Scholarly and Technical Grey Literature (OSTGL) web platform offers a set of functions for the management, publication and repository of so-called “grey literature” (technical-scientific reports, working papers, policy recommendations, position papers, guidelines, etc.). The online publication takes place in open access and in a scientifically qualified manner. The service is aimed at “grey literature” produced by organisations participating in the H2IOSC project or other sources selected by them.
